ABOUT ME
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to check out my cardd. My name is Shota Akemi, though I'm called Shota (or Sho) in most settings. I go by they/he pronouns.I am a script writer and director, along as an artist. I like to think I'm a relatively easy-going person, with a good ability to guide stories and teams along.
THE BUSINESS STUFF
WRITING
I have been writing scripts since July 2022, though I've been writing stories in general since 2018. I've dabbled in most genres (horror and thriller being the exceptions) but I enjoy writing realism or fantasy the most. I take great pleasure in writing scenes with high character focus.If you click on the button, you'll find an extract of something I wrote a while back, to give you a rough sense on my writing style.
AN EXTRACT OF MY WRITING
Directing
When I lead projects, I have a clear vision in mind. I'm able to integrate the story with other artistic elements to bring out the best of the production's potential. When working in teams, I'm good at adapting to people's personalities and quirks while balancing it with what's best for the production. I'm relatively sensible along with mindful, helping me to better piece all the parts together to lead productions.

I'm honoured you think I'll be a good addition to your team! While I enjoy helping people with their projects, I will be considering the:- Size of team
-Genre of project
- Personality traits of team members (in terms of communication and receptiveness to feedback )
- Time commitment and my own availability
- Activeness of your team (I'll be avoiding inactive teams since I don't wish to commit to a team that isn't commited themselves)
-Payment offers (while I don't mind working for free if the project piques my interest, I will consider offers with higher returns above those without)

2. I'm a they/he user and a minor, and I expect to be respected for both of that. If I feel I'm being mis-treated whether because of my pronouns, simply being horribly treated for no reason or get weird comments (sexually) I have the right to leave the team immediately.FROM MYSELF
1. I'll stay in teams for the entire duration of it's production. If I decide to leave I'll only leave at the end of a Season (finishing the work I signed up for), unless things really force me to leave before that.
